Discussed routine service issues of SHIMADZU TNP-4110 on data comparison and hardware maintenance,and analyzed each kind of disturbance factor to find out the reason of different data compared results and provided the corresponding solution.We also presented experiences about setting up the different cycle maintenance project,the instrument routine maintenance of shared device,and formulated the suitable overhaul flow chart according to the troubleshooting.
