Abstract:Since September 1, 2014, the state has implemented the trial to exempt vehicles that are within 6 years of non commercial use free from emission inspection. According to this regulation, most citiesalso make exemptionsof regular emission inspection for vehicleswithin 6 years of operation. However, with the rapid growth of car ownership, the impact of exhaust gas emissions to the atmospheric environment cannot be ignored. Therefore, the local environmental protection departments should focus on the management of motor vehicle pollution emissions and strengthen the supervision of high pollution vehicles by ways of management means, management systems and mechanisms, and management countermeasures.
