Abstract:Accelerate solvent extractiongas chromatographymass spectrometry was used to analyze 11 semivolatile organic compounds in the soil of construction land. The extraction solvent, temperature and cycle times were optimized. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve (R2) is>0.990, the relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged from 1.7%~14%, the recovery rates were in the range of 65.0%~86.4%, and the detection limits of the method were 0.01~0.06 mg/kg. The precision, accuracy and sensitivity of this method can meet the analysis demands of the abovementioned 11 organic pollutants in the soil of construction land.
