%0 Journal Article %T 洪泽湖沉积物中磷的形态研究 %T Forms of Phosphorus in Sediments from Hongze Lake %A 王兆群,张书海,徐浙峰 %J 环境监控与预警 %@ 1674-6732 %V 3 %N 06 %D 2011 %P 38-45 %K 洪泽湖;沉积物;磷形态 %K Hongze lake; Sediments; Forms of phosphorus %X 采用该进的七步连续提取法对洪泽湖9个采样点沉积物中的各形态磷进行了分析,结果表明,所测洪泽湖沉积物中总磷(TP)含量范围为580.7~1 447.7mg/kg,无机磷(IP)是TP的主要部分,占TP含量的64.32%~88.60%,有机磷(OP)占TP的11.40%~35.68%。受河流注入和人为活动的影响,TP、IP和OP的含量最大值均出现在临淮乡。IP的6种形态中以碎屑磷(De-P)为主,其次是铁结合态磷(Fe-P),分别占TP的23.58%~55.54%和9.97%~41.33%,自生钙结合磷(Ca-P)、铝结合态磷(Al-P)和可交换态磷(Ex-P)含量均相对较低,闭蓄态磷(Oc-P)含量最低。湖区中不同采样点的沉积物磷形态的垂直变化不同,这与湖区周围地质地貌结构及泥沙的冲泻性质有关。 %X In this paper, an improved method called seven-step sequential extraction was used to analyze all the forms of phosphorus in sediments from nine sampling sites of Hongze Lake. The results showed that the concentration of total phosphorus(TP) in sediment from Hongze Lake ranged from 580.7 to 1447.7mg/kg。The main part of TP was inorganic phosphorus (IP), which contributed 64.32% to 88.60% of TP., while organic phosphorus (OP) accounted for 11.40% to 35.68% of TP. The maximum concentrations of TP, IP and OP were all detected in Linhuai town due to the discharge of river nearby and human activities。The main form of IP was De-P which contributed 23.58% to 55.54% of TP, followed by Fe-P, which contributed 9.97% to 41.33% of TP. The concentrations of Ca-P, Al-P and Ex-P were relatively low, and concentrations of Oc-P were the lowest.
