%0 Journal Article %T 某化工企业厂界内及周边土壤中二噁英健康风险评估 %T Health Risk Assessment of Dioxins in Soil from in and around A Chemical Company %A 翟有朋1,杨文武1*,张宗祥1,徐蕾2 %A ZHAI,Youpeng %A YANG,Wenwu %A ZHANG,Zongxiang,XU,Lei %J 环境监控与预警 %@ 1674-6732 %V 9 %N 6 %D 2017 %P 59-63 %K 土壤;二噁英;健康风险评估;化工企业厂界内 %K Soil; Dioxin; Health risk assessment; In and around a chemical company %X 在某化工企业厂界内及周边布设9个土壤点位,对其二噁英进行检测与分析,依据《污染场地风险评估技术导则》对土壤中二噁英进行健康风险评估。结果表明,9个土壤点位二噁英毒性当量浓度为3.72~20.3 pg/g,均值为9.1 pg/g,均处于安全水平;在经口摄入、皮肤接触和吸入土壤颗粒物3种暴露途径下,只有4#点位具有较低的致癌风险;4#点位代表的场地区域为风险不可接受的污染区域,基于致癌效应的土壤风险控制值为1.84×10-5mg/kg。提出,应尽快研究并制定土壤中二噁英的标准限值。 %X 9 soil sampling points were set in and around a chemical company and dioxin in these samples were detected and analyzed. The health risk of dioxin in soil were evaluated according to “Technical guidelines for risk assessment of contaminated sites”. The results showed that the concentration of dioxins ranged from 3.72 to 20.3 pg/g ITEQ with an average of 9.1 pg/g ITEQ, which indicates a safe level. Under the three exposed ways of mouth intaking, skin contacting and inhaling soil particles, only point No. 4 showed low carcinogenic risk. This site represents unacceptable risk pollution area. Its soil risk control value based on the carcinogenic effect was 1.84 × 10-5mg/kg.
