The soil samples were purified by dispersion solid phase extraction technology, and the amount of dispersing solid phase extraction agent was optimized. After nitrogen blowing and concentration, the volume was fixed with nhexane, and finally the extracts were determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that the correlation coefficients were 0.989 5~0.999 1, which is linear in the concentration range of 2.0~100 μg/L. The recoveries of the blank samples were 75.3% ~92.3% at the concentration of 0.5, 5 and 20 μg/kg, the relative standard deviations were 3.2% ~ 5.6% (n = 5), the detection limits were 0.053 ~ 0.064 μg/kg, and the lower limits were 0.21 ~ 0.26 μg/kg. The method is simple in operation, accurate in result, low in dosage of organic reagent and low in cost.
