%0 Journal Article %T 液相色谱法测定环境空气中异氰酸酯类化合物 %T Determination of Isocyanate Compounds in Atmosphere Using Liquid Chromatography %A 张欢燕,陈晓婷,陆立群,宋钊,周守毅 %A ZHANG,Huan yan %A CHEN,Xiao ting %A LU,Li qun %A SONG,Zhao %A ZHOU,Shou yi %J 环境监控与预警 %@ 1674-6732 %V 13 %N 4 %D 2021 %P 22-25 %K 异氰酸酯类化合物;1-(2-吡啶)哌嗪;液相色谱法;环境空气 %K Isocyanates; 1-(2-Pyridyl)piperazine; HPLC; Ambient air %X 根据异氰酸酯的结构特性,采用涂覆有1-(2-吡啶)哌嗪衍生物的浸渍滤膜,采集环境空气样品。优化了采集方法和色谱条件,建立了基于液相色谱法测定空气中2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(2,4-TDI)、2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯(2,6-TDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)4种异氰酸酯类化合物的检测方法。结果表明,在质量浓度为0.01~5.00 mg/L的范围内,标准曲线相关系数达到0.999 9。按采集空气样品15.0 L计算,最低检出限为0.8~1.0 μg/m3,测定下限为3.2 ~4.0μg/m3,相对标准偏差为0.7 %~6.8 %,加标回收率为85.3 %~101 %。该方法可同时测定空气中的多种异氰酸酯类化合物,线性范围广,检出限较低,精密度和准确度均能满足测试要求。 %X According to the structure characteristics of isocyanate, an impregnation filter membrane coated with 1-(2-pyridine) piperazine (1-2PP) derivative agent was used to collect ambient air samples. The chromatographic conditions and acquisition methods were optimized, and a liquid chromatography method for the determination of four isocyanates, toluene diisocyanate with two isomers (2,4-TDI and 2,6-TDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and diphenylmethanediisocyanate (MDI) in atmosphere was established. Under the optimized conditions, the linear ranges of the standard curve were 0.01~5.00 mg/L with the correlation coefficients not less than 0.999 9. The minimum detection limits were 0.8~1.0μg/m3 and limit of quantification were 3.2~4.0 μg/m3 based on 15.0 L air sample. The relative standard deviations ranged of 0.7 %~6.8 %, and the recoveries were in the range of 85.3 %~101 %. This method can be used for simultaneous determination of a variety of isocyanates in the air with a wide linear range and a low detection limit.
