%0 Journal Article %T 江苏省工地和裸地扬尘遥感监测方法研究与结果分析 %T Method Study and Result Analysis on Remote Sensing Monitoring of Fugitive Dust from Construction Sites and Bare Area in Jiangsu Province %A 姜晟1,纪轩禹1,李旭文1,王甜甜1,陶金花2 %A JIANG,Sheng %A JI,Xuan yu %A LI,Xu wen %A WANG,Tian tian %A TAO,Jin hua %J 环境监控与预警 %@ 1674-6732 %V 14 %N 1 %D 2022 %P 12-18 %K 工地;裸地;扬尘;遥感监测;江苏省 %K Construction sites; Bare area; Fugitive dust; Remote sensing monitoring; Jiangsu province %X 应用卫星遥感影像结合无人机现场核查数据,对2020年江苏省各设区市主城区工地和裸地2类扬尘源的时空分布变化和污染、管控情况开展了连续性监测,为生态环境监测部门业务化应用提供了思路和方法。研究结果显示,遥感解译精度优于95%,扬尘源数量、面积均呈上升趋势,至第4季度总数达1 760个、总面积162.53 km2,总体管控情况较好,全省防尘到位率为82%。在此基础上,应用排放因子法对全省及各市总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)、可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、细颗粒物(PM2.5)扬尘排放量进行了估算,并从扬尘减排的角度定量化评估了地方管控成效,全省全年TSP、PM10和PM2.5扬尘排放量分别为4.42×105,2.33×105,1.28×105 t,与完全无管控的理论最大排放值相比,TSP有效减排量为2.89×105t,减少了65.4%。 %X In this paper, satellite remote sensing images combined with onsite verification data of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were used to carry out continuous monitoring of dust sources in construction sites and bare area in the main urban areas of each district in Jiangsu Province in 2020, providing ideas and methods for the operational application of ecological environmental monitoring departments.The results showed that the remote sensing interpretation accuracy is better than 95%, the number and area of dust sources were growing, up to a total number of 1 760 and the total area of 162.53 square kilometers by the fourth quarter, but the overall control situation was good, the dust control efficiency of the province was 82%. On this basis, the emission factor method was applied to estimate the emission of TSP, PM10and PM2.5 in the whole province and cities, and the effect of local control was quantitatively evaluated from the perspective of emission reduction of dust. The annual emission of TSP, PM10and PM2.5 in the whole province were 4.42×105, 2.33×105, 1.28×105t, respectively.
