镇江地区土壤中有机氯农药残留状况研究

摘要:
2006年11月采集了镇江地区69个土壤表层样品,利用ASE萃取后使用GC(ECD)法测定样品中的BHC和滴滴涕的含量。结果表明,镇江地区土壤中的BHC的检出率不高,但是滴滴涕的检出率比较高;冲积平原的检出率高于林地和滩涂;蔬菜和水稻种植区域的污染比草地、灌木丛和林地严重。

Abstract:
Sixty nine surface soil samples were taken in Zhenjiang Nov. 2006 and then were tested for content of BHC and DDT through extraction and then GC ( ECD). The following conclusions were arrived at of the test: 1. DDT had a relatively higher detection rate while BHC showed a moderate detection rate,2, the detection rate in alluvial plains was higher than that in wood land and tidal flats, 3. vegetables and the rice were more vulnerable to pollution than grassland, bush and wood land did.
