催化剂BiFeO3的制备及其光催化性能研究

摘要:
采用水热合成法制备了不同煅烧温度下的可见光催化剂BiFe3粉体,并进行了结构和光催化性能的测试。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱和紫外-可见漫反射光谱方法对制备的粉体的晶相结构、表面形貌、光学特性等进行了表征。结果表明,500℃下制备的BiFe3的晶相最纯、粒径最小、可见光吸收范围广、存在Fe-O键的弯曲振动和伸缩振动。通过对罗丹明B的降解反应证实了500℃制备的BiFe3粉末具备最佳的光催化反应活性。

Abstract:
Single-phase BiFeO3 powders were synthesized via hydrothermal process, by using Fe(NO3)3.9H2O as Fe resource and Bi(NO3)3.5H2O as Bi resource. The phase structure, micro-morphology, bond vibration and absorption range of visible light wavelength of as-prepared BiFeO3 powders were characterized by XRD, SEM, FTIR, UV-Vis. The results showed that the BiFeO3 powders synthesized in the calcination temperature of 500℃ were the ones with the purest phase structure, the smallest size and wider range of absorption of visible light. The stretching and bending vibration of Fe-O bonds indicated the presence of the octahedral FeO6 groups in the perovskite structure. The degradation of Rhodamine B showed BiFeO3 prepared at 500℃ were the best photocatalytic activity.
