城市大气重污染事件预警机制研究

摘要:

分析了中国城市大气重污染预警机制的现状和存在问题。通过对比分析，得出了适合中国国情的大气重污染事件预警等级的划分方法，并构建了合理的预警运行体系，优化了预警机制的运行流程，为政府有效应对重污染天气给出了合理的建议。

Abstract:

By analyzing the current situation and problems of city air pollution incident in China.We obtained the partition method of heavy pollution warning level events suited to China's national conditions, and constructed a reasonable warning operation system. Moreover, a reasonable proposal was raised for the government to respond effectively to the heavy air pollution incident.
