| 结合当前生态环境保护总体形势和生态环境监测管理实际需求，讨论生态环境立体遥感监测“十四五”发展思路，提出构建天-空-地一体的生态环境立体遥感监测网络，建立生态环境立体遥感监测业务体系和指标体系，实施三大生态环境立体遥感监测重大工程，更好地指导当前和今后一个时期的生态环境立体遥感监测工作开展。 |

| Abstract: |
| Combined with the current general situation of ecological environment protection and actual demand of ecological environment monitoring and management, this paper discussed the “14th five-year plan” development ideas of ecological environment three-dimensional remote sensing monitoring. To better guide the three-dimensional remote sensing monitoring work for ecological environment in the current and future, we put forward the view of building the three-dimensional remote sensing monitoring network for ecological environment integrating sky, space and earth, establishing three-dimensional remote sensing monitoring system and index system for ecological environment, and implementing three major projects for three-dimensional remote sensing monitoring of ecological environment. |
