摘要:
采用直接进样法,通过超高效液相色谱串联质谱法对水体中19种磺胺类抗生素进行了测定,并对仪器条件进行优化。结果表明,该方法测定19种磺胺类抗生素的线性良好,相关系数均≥0.996,检出限为0.1~0.5 μg/L。对鱼塘地表水、医院废水和药厂废水这3种不同基质的水样进行加标回收实验,回收率为84.0%~119%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~10.2%。该方法简单、快速、准确度和精密度较高、溶剂消耗较少,可在25 min内快速测定19种磺胺类抗生素,能够满足水体中磺胺类抗生素的快速检测要求。

Abstract:
A method for determination of 19 sulfonamides in water was established by using direct injection ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The instrument conditions were optimized. The regression equation of 19 sulfonamides showed good linear relationship, the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.996. The detection limits were in the range from 0.1 to 0.5μg /L. Different matrix samples, such as fish pond surface water samples, hospital wastewater samples and pharmaceutical wastewater samples, were added to the standard recovery experiment. The recoveries ranged from 84.0% to 119%, and the precision ranged from 0.3% to 10.2%. This method is simple, fast, high efficiency, stable precision and less solvent consumption,which can determine 19 sulfonamides for pollution water in 25 min, and meet the requirements of rapid test for sulfonamides in water.
