Abstract:Atmospheric VOCs was measured at Heshan in October 2013. The variation pattern, ozone formation potential and emission sources were analyzed. Average concentration of total VOCs observed was 26.6×10-9, while alkane>BTEX>alkene. Concentration of alkene peaked at early morning with large variations during the daytime; variation patterns of BTEX and CO were quite similar; concentration of alkane peaked earlier than BTEX and rised rapidly in a very short time, which indicated the influence of nearby emission sources. Ozone formation potential calculation by the speciated VOCs appeared as BTEX>alkene>alkane. 10 key VOCs species including ethylene contributed 80.5% of total OFP;VOCs contributed most of OFP were mainly came from petrochemistry, paint solvents and gasoline vapor during observation.

Abstract:By analyzing the current situation and problems of city air pollution incident in China.We obtained the partition method of heavy pollution warning level events suited to China's national conditions, and constructed a reasonable warning operation system. Moreover, a reasonable proposal was raised for the government to respond effectively to the heavy air pollution incident.

Abstract:Five quality control index of microcystin, including relative bias of duplicates, recovery of blank spike sample spike, relative bias of blank spike duplicates and relative bias of sample spike duplicates, were studied by evaluating data collected from many labs national widely using the method of SPE HPLC. The quality control index were produced. The results showed that when the probability of both P and γ were 0.90, the maximum relative bias of duplicates should be within 7.3%;the blank recovery should be within 61%~125% when the spiking concentration was 0.005~20 μg/L; the sample recovery should be within 61%~125% when the microcystin was not detected in all the samples and the spiking concentration was 0.2~3.6 μg/L; the maximum relative bias of blank spike duplicates should be within 3.9%, and the maximum relative bias of sample spike duplicates should be within 8.9%. When the probability of both P and γ were 0.95, the maximum relative bias of duplicates should be within 8.3%;the blank recovery should be within 49%~137% when the spiking concentration was 0.005~20 μg/L; the sample recovery should be within 60%~114% when the microcystin was not detected in all the samples and the spiking concentration was 0.2~3.6 μg/L; the maximum relative bias of blank spike duplicates should be within 5.2%, and the maximum relative bias of sample spike duplicates should be within 14.8%.

Abstract:Semipermeable membrane sampling technology is a passive sampling technique which is in situ, continual and kinetic for measuring nonpolar and weakly polar organic pollutants in aqueous environment it has been developed for more than 20 years in foreign countries but scarcely used in environmental monitoring. We analyzed each step of application technology and involved the results and evaluation methods of passive sampling based on sampling features and configuration of the devices.Then PAHs were taken as examples to review the typical pretreatment procedures, instrument analysis methods and development status.

Abstract:The study detected 11 organophosphorus pesticides in three environment medias:rice, vegetables and meat. We detected the concentration of different organophosphorus pesticides with GC/MS. The detection limit of meat and rice & vegetables were 0.05 μg/kg and 0.1 μg/kg respectively. Recovery results all met measurement requirements. The result showed that the total concentration of 11 organophosphorus pesticides were higher in rice and vegetables than meat revealing that the amount of pesticide residues in rice and vegetable surface were higher than that inside living organisms. Samples collected form Nanjing was with higher concentration than Changzhou. Organophosphorus pesticides in different environmental medias showed a different detection rate revealing that various environmental media have different impact on the content of pesticide residues.

Abstract:This paper has studies theresearch of PAN S impregnating resin on the properties of the adsorption of Co2+. The adsorption pH range of Co2+ is 4.7~4.7 and the optimum pH is 5.4; the time needed to reach maximum adsorption capacity of Co2+is 25 min and resin adsorption capacity for Co2+ balance is 98 mg/g dry resin; elution rate was 98% when the adsorption capacity reached maximum balance and eluted with 0.1 mol/L HNO3.The spectrophotometric method of PAN-S-resin enrichment and separation of cobalt ions were established and satisfactory results were obtained.

Abstract:This article studied the feasibility to improve the method of BOD5 test by using the Polyseed and comparing the results of traditional methods. The results showed that, as compared to the results of traditional methods seeded by surface water, the BOD5 of the dilution water (control) seeded by Polyseed was more stable. Therefore, the new method using the Polyseed can improve the traditional method of BOD5 test and makes daily monitoring more convenient.

Abstract:The study analysed the effect of firecracker setting off on the fine particle pollution in city during the Spring Festival, based on the data of the mass concentration and the component of PM2.5 on Caochangmen(CCM) monitoring station in urban Nanjing and Guchenghu(GCH) monitoring station in suburb Nanjing. The results indicated that, during the firecracker setting off on the New Year's Eve and the 5th of Jan. In the lunar calendar period, the mass concentration of PM2.5 rose abnormally on CCM station, and its actually hourly maximum concentration were 2.79 and 6.02 times higher than the concentration on GCH station. The concentration of water soluble ions(K+,Cl-,SO2+4) and the elements(K,Al,Mg,Fe,Ba) of PM2.5on CCM station were higher than the concentration on GCH station. As a result, the firecracker setting off can dramatically affect the air quality in urban Nanjing during the Spring Festival.

Abstract:Based on the real time data monitoring system of motor vehicle emission in Nanjing city.This paper briefly describes the effect of Nanjing automobile emission reduction .In the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period, Nanjing City motor vehicle retains the 71.8% growth, implementing the pollutant emissions reductions by 18.8 and average emissions of CO, HC, single NOx fell by 33%, 31% and 36% compared with 3 years ago; emission standard and analysis of variance showed its effect on NOx, CO and HC emission value from big to small order are: The quality of oil > emission standard > Life. Thus it is very important to enhance the quality of oil.

Abstract:In recent years, lake of Potamogeton crispus (yellow wheat grass) explosive reproduction caused a series of water quality problems. By studying the Luoma Lake Landsat 7 image at different time in 2012-2013,we can find that Landsat 7 imaging can accurately reflect the lakes Potamogeton crispus distribution; at the same time,Potamogeton crispus distribution is affected by many factors, especially human activities such as mining and aquatic breeding.

Abstract:Factors affecting the diffusion of atmospheric pollutants include atmospheric stability,vertical and horizontal temperature gradient,stratospheric altitude wind power caused by transport, surface roughness,turbulence, rain and fog and so on. These factors have varying degrees of impact on the diffusion of atmospheric pollutants in Jiamusi City, the transmission and spread of certain laws decided Jiamusi level of air pollution, and thereby the degree of pollution in each local area Jiamusi different. Urban heat island effect and temperature stratification is an important factor in Jiamusi City. The main area of influence is the east area of Jiamusi which is at the downwind direction of the city.

Abstract:Taking Nanjing city as an example, we calculated the annual emissions of major pollutants of yellow label car, such as carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon and nitrogen oxides based on motor vehicle environmental regulation database and the national motor vehicle emission model CVEM. Then the specific management measures taken in recent years are systematically reviewed, such as traffic control in certain areas, scrapping premium program, award and subsidy system for vehicle obsolescence, governance and reform measure etc., and the policy implementation situation and its effect is analyzed, to further clarify the necessity of the governance of yellow label car.

Abstract:Based on the actual demand of environmental quality monitoring data management,an integrated data management platform was developed and applied in professional work. The functions and features of the platform in monitoring data transmission, check and management are introduced. In comparing with traditional method of data transmission and management, the superiority of the platform in improving the normalization and efficiency of data management and ensuring the quality of monitoring data is elaborated.
