Abstract:This paper briefly describes the present situation of the soil pollution prevention and control in Jiangsu Province and interprets the Provincial Work Plan of Soil Pollution Prevention and Control. This plan proposes toplevel design and planning of soil pollution prevention and control of Jiangsu Province from overall and strategic viewpoint. It sets up current and future goals and formulates a series of major tasks of soil pollution prevention and control. Since soil pollution control is a persistent work, it calls for government and public’s full recognization of the urgency, long term and complexity of the coming action of soil pollution prevention and control.

Abstract:From the ecological protection requirements, this paper attempted to use the remote sensing technology to establish the monitoring method and the three evaluation index(the composition and change of ecosystem in the region of ecological red line, the change of average patch area of ecological landscape and the change of NDVI). The change of the ecological environment in different types of ecological red lines region was evaluated from 2012 to 2013 in Yancheng coastal region of Jiangsu Province. The result shows that the ecological environmental quality remains stable and the ecological quality index is not significant changed in the ecological red lines area.

Abstract:Gas chromatographymass spectrometry (GC/MS) with headspace solid phase microextraction (HS/SPME) has been employed in detecting offflavor compounds in water. Oneyearlong investigation on offflavor compounds was carried out in drinking water of east Taihu in Suzhou. The main offflavor compounds were geosmin, 2methylisoborneol (2-MIB),β〖cyclocitral and βionone; the detection rate were 50.0%,66.7%,70.8% and 66.7%, respectively. Annual average concentration of 2MIB was 2.31 times of its odor threshold value, which caused earthy odor of the water. The annual average concentration of the other three offflavor compounds was lower than their odor threshold values. The peak concentration of geosmin, 2MIB,βcyclocitral and βionone were 13.8, 170, 170 ng/L and 29.6 ng/L, respectively, which occurred mainly from May to September. This paper also discussed the correlation analysis between offflavor compounds and environmental factors. Algae were suspected as the resources of the main offflavor compounds of Taihu.

Abstract:According to Landsat images over Xilinhot acquired in 2005, 2009 and 2015, using supervised classification and humancomputer interactive interpretation, the land use type was divided into seven classes, i. e., open stope, stripping area, wastedump area, mine industrial area, farmland, urban area and the original landscape. Dynamic analysis on LUCC showed that openpit coal mine in the grassland disturbed grassland ecosystem violently. The coverage and proportion of mining operation areas (open stope, stripping area, wastedump area, mine industrial field) increased, while those of the original landscape decreased continuously. The transfer matrix of land use change showed that wastedump had the largest impacts in the mining disturbance, and that the effective reclamation of wastedump areas would slow down the ecoenvironment destruction, as would be of great significance in protecting the fragile grassland ecosystem. Remote sensing monitoring of openpit coal mining in grassland would accurately reflect the dynamics and trend of LUCC, as would provide scientific support for ecological reconstruction in openpit mining area.

Abstract:建立了液液萃取-气相色谱法测定水中15种硝基氯苯类化合物的方法。中性条件下,在水样中加入氯化钠,用环己烷进行萃取,得到方法检出限为0.019~0.044μg/L,在10.0μg/L~1.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均>0.999。加标水平为2.5μg/L时,空白水样加标回收率为74.8%~104%,相对标准偏差为4.79%~11.5%;实际水样加标回收率为69.1%~111%,相对标准偏差为5.83%~17.6%。方法适用于成分不复杂的实际水样中硝基氯苯类化合物的检测。

Abstract:A method based on cryogenic preconcentration followed by GC/MS was established for the determination of epichlorohydrin emissions from stationary sources. A cryogenic preconcentrator, which acts as autosampler, was used to concentrate epichlorohydrin collected in gas bags. Relevant parameters for cryogenic preconcentration were optimized. After preconcentrated, epichlorohydrin was introduced into GC/MS to undergo qualitative and quantitative analysis, and appraisal of the whole method was then carried out from different respects. Good linearity was obtained within 10~500μg/m3, and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999. The average recoveries ranged from 72.1%~85.7%. Meanwhile, the method was stable enough to realize extensive use with RSD lower than 5%. The detection limit was 4.37μg/m3 based on an injection volume of 5 mL, which was sensitive enough to realize waste gas monitoring.

Abstract:The method for vehicle headspacegas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC/MS)were established to analyze 22 kinds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in water. Under the optimal conditions, good linearities were obtained in the range of 5~100μg/L with correlation coefficients greater than 0.995. The limits were 1.16~2.88μg/L. The relative standard deviations ranged from 7.71% to 26.5%, and the recoveries were 52.3%~129% . The results showed that the current method could satisfy the demand of emergency monitoring.

Abstract:Based on the quality control data in 5 consecutive days, the measurement uncertainty of mercury in water by atomic fluorescence spectrometer (AFS) was evaluated using the method issued by Chinese National Accreditation Committee (CNAS), which named “measurement uncertainty evaluation based on quality control data in chemical field testing”. The expanded uncertainty was calculated to be 0.82μg/L at a 95% confidence level. Compared to A and B uncertainty, the measurement uncertainty based on quality control data is more appropriate to some complicated analysis or such condition as difficult to conform the uncertainty component and no reference material available.

Abstract:Nitrite nitrogen in seawater was determined by gasphase molecular absorption spectrometry. Good liner relationships were obtained in the mass concentration ranges of 0.00~0.50mg/L and 0.00~2.00mg/L respectively. And the correlation coefficient values R2 were both greater than 0.999 7. The method detection limit was 0.003mg/L. The result consistency was observed with relative deviation ranged from 0.00% to 4.90% in real sample determination using national standard method (N-(1-Naphthyl)ethylenediamine dihydrochloride spectrophotometric method) and the current method. Linear fit was adopted to analyze the correlation of the results determined by the two methods, and the result showed that the correlation coefficient value R2 was 0.998 7. Compared to national standard method, gasphase molecular absorption spectrometry method is simple, rapid and accurate, also it shows low interference, so, its an advanced method which can replace the national standard method.

Abstract:Total phosphorus content in surface water is an important index to evaluate the water quality. This paper mainly aimed at studying the influences of suspended sediment (silt) in the sample, the different storage time, regulation of pH on the determination of total phosphorus. The results showed that the concentration of total phosphorus decreased with time. And no difference of the total phosphorus concentration was observed between the neutral samples and the samples being added acid in 24 h. During the sampling process, the total phosphorus concentration increased with the increase of storage time, thus the dissolution of total phosphorus in water samples with suspended sediment should be fully considered.

Abstract:During the 2014 Youth Olympic Games, characteristic volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated from typical techniques in two petrochemical companies in Nanjing were monitored by sampling with Summa canister and analyzing with GC-MS. The main constitutes included alkanes, BTEX, oxygenated organic compounds, halogenated hydrocarbons and olefin. The main characteristic VOCs included isobutane, Npentane, Nbutane, hexane, Nheptane, Noctane, benzene, toluene, xylene, methanol, acetaldehyde, acetone, and so on. It was suggested that companies should reinforce inspection and supervision, avoid instrumental leak of VOCs, and reduce the diffusion of the pollutant during daily production management in order to minimize the impact on surrounding environment.

Abstract:Sanshangang River is located in the east part of Changzhou City, it is an important diversion and drainage channel in the region, which plays a role of water channel for drawing water from Yangtze River to Taihu Lake in near future. Nitrogen and phosphorus pollution in Sanshangang River is very serious currently, temporal and spatial variation analysis of Sanshangang River from 2010—2014 in Changzhou section shows that nitrogen and phosphorus pollution increase in time scale of the yearly, while increment in the space along the river, and the section of Yanzhuang bridge is facing serious pollution, the concentration of various pollutants were in peak regularly. There are many sources of nitrogen pollution of Sanshangang River in Changzhou section and phosphorus pollution is related with phosphating processing of metal surface processing industry through correlation analysis of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants with characteristic pollutant, which has a correlation coefficient of 0.8 or above.

Abstract:According to the surface water environment quality index in the “Two leadings” assessment index system of Jiangsu Province, this article reviewed the inspection situation of recent years, analyzed the existing problems such as the check sections lack of representativeness, the disunity of variety check results, the unreasonable of check index, the imperfect of quality control measures, information disclosure not comprehensive and so on. Abstract:Retrieve, filter and reprocess over 2year data from Beijing five environmental continuous monitoring stations of electromagnetic field (EMF), to conduct 4 analyzing tasks with statistical software—SPSS, which includes determining main EMF sources in the vicinity of the monitoring station, interpreting long term trends of EMF,analyzing temporal representative on the basis of one year measurements, and combining grid data to analyze spacial representative. It reveals that the dominant electromagnetic radiation sources are telecommunication base stations in the vicinity of 5 environmental continuous monitoring stations; and the EMF levels range from 0.69 to 0.97 V/m, which are lower than the background level of 1V/m of Beijing and 12month continious monitoring data of one station could describe the average EMF level and variation trend; Moreover, the results show that consecutive 5-year EMF levels of radio frequency in Beijing area with grid method have better consistency, but long term average level of one station could not represent the level of the district where the station located.Based on the analyzing results, suggestions on selection, minimum monitoring periods and so on have been discussed and put forward.

Abstract:This article introduced the domestic and international specifications and research experience in comparision monitoring, and discussed quality control measures in the detection process from the perspective of factors under the background of Nantong. Countmeasures and suggests were put forward aimed at such problems as the impact of fine particulate matter pollution status on data validity and temperature and humidity on auto monitoring data.
