离子色谱法检测污水处理厂污泥中可吸附有机卤素

摘要:
使用振荡吸附-压滤模式,通过优化样品前处理方法中活性炭的用量、活性炭污泥混合物的洗涤方式和卤化氢气体的吸收方式,建立了一种离子色谱法测定污泥中可吸附有机氟化物(AOF)、可吸附有机氯化物(AOCl)、可吸附有机溴化物(AOBr)和可吸附有机碘化物(AOI)的分析方法。污泥中AOF(以F计)、AOCl(以Cl计)、AOBr(以Br计)和AOI(以I计)的检出限分别为0.7,0.6,0.5和7.0 mg/kg。AOF、AOCl、AOBr和AOI的加标回收率为79.9%~119%,相对标准偏差均<10%。使用该方法检测上海市嘉定区4座污水处理厂污泥样品中的可吸附有机卤素。AOF、AOCl和AOI在4座污水处理厂污泥中均有检出,其中AOI的质量分数最高,为178~336 mg/kg,AOCl次之,为68.8~123 mg/kg,AOF的质量分数为58.3~142 mg/kg,只有一种污泥中检测出AOBr,质量分数为86.1 mg/kg。该方法线性范围良好,精密度和正确度好,适用于检测污泥中4种可吸附有机卤素。

Determination of Absorbable Organic Halogens in Sludge from Sewage Treatment Plant by Ion Chromatography

Abstract:
An analytical method was developed for the determination of AOF, AOCl, AOBr and AOI in sludge using ion chromatography, with samples pretreated by oscillating adsorption press filtration, and the amount of activated carbon, the washing mode of activated carbon sludge mixture and the absorption mode of hydrogen halide gas were optimized. The detection limits of AOF (calculated as F), AOCl (calculated as Cl), AOBr (calculated as Br) and AOI(calculated as I) were 0.7 , 0.6 , 0.5 and 7.0 mg/kg, respectively. The spiked recoveries of AOF (calculated as F), AOCl (calculated as Cl), AOBr (calculated as Br) and AOI (calculated as I) ranged from79.9% to 119%, with the relative standard deviations (RSD) all below 10%. This method was used to determine AOX in sludge samples from 4 sewage treatment plants in Jiading District, Shanghai. AOF, AOCl and AOI were detected in the sludge of all the four sewage treatment plants, among which the concentration of AOI was the highest (178~336 mg/kg), followed by AOCl (68.8~123 mg/kg) and AOF (58.3~142 mg/kg). AOBr was only detected in one type of sludge, with a concentration of 86.1 mg/kg. This method has a good linear range with sound precision and accuracy, and can be applied to four types of adsorbable organic halogens in sludge.
